About this role
Lead AI and Data Science engineering efforts as a senior individual contributor at Shell's NFR Data Science team. You will drive technical excellence, establish best practices, and define solution architectures for enterprise-grade AI solutions, focusing on Databricks, MLOps, and Agentic AI.
What we are looking for
6- Technical authority for AI Engineering, MLOps, and Databricks Genie
- Define and improve AI engineering standards and best practices
- Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade Databricks Genie solutions
- Lead adoption of Agentic AI capabilities and MLOps practices
- Drive innovation, prototyping, and evaluation of emerging AI technologies
- Mentor data scientists and develop a Data Science Center of Excellence
