Lead Analyst, Clinical Data Sciences (Remote)

Stryker is seeking a Lead Analyst, Clinical Data Sciences to join their Instruments division. This remote role will bridge clinical evidence, analytics, and business strategy, providing data-driven insights to various departments. You will lead evidence workflows, scale management processes, and generate insights from diverse data sources to influence key decisions.

• Lead implementation and management of evidence workflows
• Build and scale evidence-management processes across business units
• Translate clinical, regulatory, and business questions into analyses
• Generate and interpret insights from clinical literature and real-world data
• Partner with stakeholders to prioritize evidence needs and communicate findings
• Support clinical evaluation reports and regulatory submissions
