You will partner with HR and business leaders to develop analytics, dashboards, and predictive models, driving data-informed decision-making across the organization.

What we are looking for

Serve as SME for HR data, metrics, and systems
Conduct advanced workforce analysis across the employee lifecycle
Develop workforce forecasts and scenario-based analyses
Build, enhance, and automate dashboards and reports using Power BI and Excel
Present actionable insights and recommendations to leaders
Partner with HRIS, IT, and data teams to improve data governance
