Senior Business Intelligence Analyst – Wealth Management

Voya Financial is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join their Wealth Management team. This role focuses on advancing business intelligence capabilities through enterprise reporting, analytics, forecasting, and automation. You will partner with various teams to design and deliver scalable reporting solutions, transform complex business questions into actionable insights, and create executive-ready dashboards to shape business strategy.

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, scorecards, and KPI measurement frameworks
• Build scalable reporting and analytics solutions supporting Wealth Management business objectives
• Integrate data across multiple enterprise systems and data sources
• Develop and optimize SQL queries for reporting and analytics
• Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting processes
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify trends and business opportunities
