Senior Data Methodology Analyst

This newly created senior role focuses on ensuring the accuracy and reliability of YouGov's flagship data products, BrandIndex and Profiles. You will own the methodology quality control, proactive data health monitoring, and change impact assessment, building automation and tooling to scale these processes. This is a hands-on individual contributor role with significant influence and direct access to senior leadership.

• Own methodology QC, data health monitoring, and change impact assessment for flagship data products
• Build automation and tooling for scalable data monitoring and analysis
• Design and implement a proactive monitoring framework for panel composition, sample quality, and data health indicators
• Conduct root cause analysis for data anomalies and collaborate with engineering teams for resolution
• Lead statistical QC on methodology changes, assessing impact on key metrics and historical comparability
• Translate complex statistical findings into clear language for non-technical stakeholders
