Social Scientist, SME

CACI is seeking a Social Scientist with SME expertise to support national security missions. You will apply social science research methods to provide data-driven insights for operational planning, influence activities, and strategic decision-making in complex environments. This role involves collaborating with military planners and intelligence professionals to assess the information environment and analyze audience behaviors.

• Conducts campaign and operational level assessments of the information environment
• Designs and executes qualitative and quantitative research using social science methodologies
• Leads Hierarchy of Psychological Effects Model (HPEM) analysis
• Develops and tracks measures of performance and effectiveness
• Provides data visualization and translates research findings into operational assessments
• Designs, evaluates, and oversees opinion research through surveys, focus groups, and interviews
