Data & Technology Business Analyst

Servco is seeking a Data & Technology Business Analyst to support its Auto Retail operations. This role involves analyzing data, developing dashboards, and providing hands-on technical solutions, including light application development and prototyping. You will also perform business and systems analysis, coordinate technology projects, and optimize operational processes for the Hawaii Retail team.

• Analyze data, develop dashboards, and create reporting solutions
• Develop and iterate on data, dashboard, and light application prototypes
• Perform business and systems analysis, documenting requirements and identifying gaps
• Coordinate technology projects and support system changes from planning to implementation
• Utilize AI tools to support analysis, prototyping, and project work
• Partner with retail teams and business stakeholders to provide technical and analytical support
