Gas Resource Planning Analyst II or Senior

This role supports long-range gas planning by developing and executing analytical models for resource decisions, system reliability, and regulatory strategy. You will use the PLEXOS optimization platform to model the natural gas system, identify least-cost resource portfolios, and integrate forecasts, contracts, and policy assumptions. The position requires strong knowledge of natural gas systems and the ability to translate complex technical results into clear narratives for regulatory filings.

• Develop and execute analytical modeling for long-range gas planning
• Utilize PLEXOS optimization platform for resource modeling
• Integrate forecasts, supply contracts, and policy assumptions
• Evaluate tradeoffs across cost, reliability, emissions, and risk
• Prepare and defend regulatory filings and provide testimony
• Analyze interstate and intrastate pipeline rate cases
