As a Senior Business Systems & Analytics Analyst, you will be instrumental in delivering data-driven insights to support key Operations Services functions. You will translate business needs into reliable reporting, actionable insights, and process improvements, working closely with stakeholders and IT. This role requires a blend of strong technical skills and an understanding of upstream oil and gas operations to drive informed decision-making and enhance system efficiency.

Develop analytics, reporting, and insights for Operations Services (Supply Chain, HSE, Sustainability, Fleet, Security, Production Accounting)
Translate business needs into reliable reporting, actionable insights, and process improvements
Analyze data, develop dashboards, and support effective use of business systems
Combine technical capabilities with upstream oil and gas operations understanding
Independently manage projects from requirements gathering through delivery
Communicate findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences
