Analyst, Business Analytics

As a Business Analytics Analyst on the Client Account Management team, you will deliver tailored business intelligence insights to support informed decision-making in a fast-paced banking operations environment. You will build strong relationships with internal partners, create meaningful reports and analysis to identify opportunities, and help enhance reporting processes for a more data-driven client experience. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement, balancing on-site collaboration with remote flexibility.

• Create reports, dashboards, and business commentary highlighting performance and opportunities
• Apply advanced analytics including time-series forecasting and regression analysis
• Lead automation of scheduled reporting and workflows
• Partner with teams across the business to provide subject matter expertise
• Experience with Alteryx, Power Automate, Excel macros, SAS, and SQL
• Strong critical thinking, attention to detail, and goal-oriented mindset
