Senior Data Analyst

FreedomCare is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join their remote Technology team. This role involves analyzing complex datasets, building predictive models, and creating dashboards to provide actionable insights for Marketing, Product, Operations, and Workforce teams. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience, strong SQL and Python skills, and experience with BI tools.

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and insights
• Build robust SQL queries and data pipelines
• Develop predictive models and statistical analyses
• Create and maintain dashboards in Tableau or other BI tools
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate findings into recommendations
• 5+ years of experience in data analysis or data science
