Sr Analyst, Global Customer Service

Baxter is seeking a Senior Analyst to join their Global Customer Service team. This role involves analyzing complex data sets, developing data models, and using machine learning techniques to drive business insights. You will be responsible for creating reports, dashboards, and implementing quality protocols to ensure compliance.

• Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and patterns
• Develop and maintain advanced data models and algorithms
• Use statistical and machine learning techniques for data interpretation
• Design and develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and tracking reports
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and investigate customer concerns
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory requirements
