Sr. Data & AI Analyst

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Sr. Data & AI Analyst to design and build an AI-ready context layer for Commercial operations. This role will translate business knowledge and data into structured, governed context for both people and AI agents, ensuring consistent interpretation across various departments and enabling AI copilots to operate effectively.

• Design, build, and govern the Commercial semantic and AI context layer
• Develop and maintain ontological models representing Commercial domain knowledge
• Design and maintain taxonomy frameworks for Commercial content and data assets
• Build, maintain, and govern the Commercial business glossary
• Establish and apply metadata management practices for Commercial data assets
• Translate business rules into structured context for AI agents and copilots
