As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will lead the technical direction for enterprise data products, building and maintaining automated dashboards, alerts, and data models. You will partner with business leaders to understand reporting needs, guide data scientists and engineers, and drive the adoption of modern data and AI technologies. What we are looking for

Serve as technical lead for enterprise dashboards, data models, and Databricks workflows
Build and maintain actionable, automated Tableau dashboards and data solutions
Develop partnerships with business leaders to define and deliver reporting requirements
Mentor analysts and engineers, providing day-to-day technical direction and work review
Refine pipelines, automate workflows, and build notebooks using Databricks
Drive adoption of AI-assisted development and modern analytics practices
