Guest Services Agent (Part Time)

As a Guest Services Agent, you will be the primary point of contact for hotel guests, managing check-ins and check-outs efficiently and providing exceptional service. This role involves operating the reservation and payment systems accurately, handling guest inquiries and messages, and maintaining a clean and organized front desk area.

• Serve as the primary contact for guests throughout their stay
• Effectively and efficiently check guests in and out of the hotel
• Operate reservation and payment systems with accuracy
• Handle guest messages, faxes, and resolve complaints
• Maintain lobby and office area cleanliness
• Provide exceptional guest service
