Data Analyst

As a Data Analyst at Mercer, you will perform day-to-day compensation data analysis for our survey clients. You will support survey participation, job matching, data validation, and client inquiries, ensuring data integrity and contributing to client-facing activities like webcasts and results meetings.

• Analyze compensation data for survey clients
• Support job matching and data validation processes
• Maintain data integrity and address client inquiries
• Create client presentations and discuss data results
• Bachelor's degree and 0-2 years of experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong analytical skills
