Business Intelligence Analyst - Power BI Developer (Hybrid - Aguadilla, PR)

RTX is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst / Power BI Developer to join their team in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico. This hybrid role involves developing and sustaining enterprise reporting solutions using Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and SQL. You will create high-quality digital dashboards, optimize data models, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights.

• Develop and enhance Power BI dashboards for enterprise reporting
• Build optimized data models, queries, and ETL pipelines using SQL, DAX, Power Query, and Microsoft Fabric
• Support dashboard sustainment, including bug fixes and performance optimization
• Collaborate with cross-functional and cross-regional teams
• Document dashboard logic and ensure alignment with data governance standards
• Deliver high-quality analytics solutions enabling digital transformation
