Intern - HR AI Data Science (Summer 2027)

As an HR AI Data Science Intern at Itron, you will gain hands-on experience supporting the development and deployment of AI-driven solutions across global HR functions. This role offers exposure to agentic AI systems, data science workflows, and HR analytics, contributing directly to experimentation and prototyping efforts. You'll help translate HR data into actionable insights and assist in operationalizing new AI workflows.

• Assist in designing, testing, and deploying AI-agent-driven HR solutions
• Support data preparation, cleaning, and exploratory analysis of HR datasets
• Contribute to training, evaluation, and continuous improvement of AI agents
• Participate in prototyping and experimentation with AI models and workflows
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and analytics partners to create visualizations and insights
• Intermediate Python, R, or similar programming skills
