Data & Business Intelligence Senior Associate

This role bridges marketing, analytics, data engineering, and technology teams to design and deliver marketing data products. You will translate business needs into scalable technical solutions, ensuring data quality and driving customer insights, campaign execution, and advanced analytics. The position requires a blend of business acumen, product ownership, and technical expertise to lead marketing data assets.

• Define and maintain vision, roadmap, and priorities for marketing data products
• Partner with data engineering to design and build scalable data pipelines
• Design and maintain reporting-ready data products for dashboards and executive reporting
• Establish and maintain data definitions, metadata, lineage, and business rules
• Enable self-service reporting and support AI/ML initiatives
• Manage and prioritize product backlogs and enhancement requests
