About this role

Caterpillar is seeking a Business Intelligence & Insights Analyst to transform data into actionable insights for their Building Construction Products division. This role involves developing analytical solutions, reporting, and geospatial intelligence to support strategic decision-making and drive data-driven practices across the organization.

What we are looking for

Generate actionable business insights from retail, dealer, customer, and operational data
Develop and enhance Power BI dashboards, scorecards, and reporting tools
Conduct geospatial and market opportunity analysis

Drive analytics adoption through training and support
