Lead Analyst, Business Intelligence

As a Lead Analyst, Strategic Analytics, you will be the dedicated analytics partner for key areas of our revenue cycle management business. You will collaborate closely with operations leaders to define success metrics, analyze performance drivers, and translate complex data into actionable insights. This role is crucial for influencing operational improvements and driving measurable impact across the organization.

• Partner with business leaders to define KPIs and analyze performance drivers
• Translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives and actionable recommendations
• Own and curate the analytics asset inventory for assigned functional areas
• Develop interactive visualizations and self-service tools in Databricks or Power BI
• Mentor and coach other analytics team members
• 7+ years of experience in business intelligence or analytics
