About this role
As a Human Performance Data Scientist, you will analyze and optimize DoD physical fitness programs and the Total Force Fitness strategy. You'll use your analytical and technical expertise to assess readiness, refine requirements, and produce trend analyses to support national security missions. This role involves guiding solutions for military readiness and human performance optimization.
What we are looking for
6- 3+ years of experience with DoD organizations
- Experience with Marine Corps, Total Force Fitness, and readiness policy
- Conduct statistical and longitudinal analyses on complex datasets
- Design and evaluate performance measures using KPIs and statistical methods
- Build and sustain data systems using Power BI, SQL, and Python or R
- Translate analytical results into actionable guidance and policy insights
