People Analytics Associate

Kyndryl is seeking a People Analytics Associate with a background in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and quantitative methods. This role involves applying behavioral science and advanced analytics to improve employee experience and organizational effectiveness. You will design and validate assessments, conduct complex data analyses, and deliver insights to shape talent strategies.

• Apply I/O psychology principles to design and validate employee surveys
• Develop and evaluate assessments for hiring, credentialing, and upskilling
• Design and execute experiments to assess talent initiative impact
• Conduct statistical analyses on people data to uncover drivers of behavior
• Translate complex data insights into actionable narratives for HR leaders
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously with ownership and accountability
