Empower is seeking a Data Governance Analyst to support enterprise data governance initiatives. This role involves hands-on work with metadata, lineage, data quality, and ownership to improve data reliability and reporting consistency. You will collaborate with data and business stakeholders to enhance the data governance program.

• Support enterprise data governance processes and standards
• Maintain metadata and lineage for governed data
• Understand data meaning and identify anomalies
• Support data quality activities and issue tracking
• Collaborate with data owners and stewards
