Analytics Senior Director

PMG is seeking a Senior Director of Analytics to lead their data insights team. This role involves translating client objectives into analytical frameworks, guiding senior client relationships, and driving analytics transformation projects. You will manage a team of directors, shape the capability roadmap, and represent analytics in executive forums.

• Lead analytics team across multiple customer groups, industry verticals, and regions
• Define capability roadmap and organization structure for scale
• Translate client objectives and business questions into analytic frameworks
• Guide senior client relationships and analytics transformation projects
• Manage Director-level leaders and ensure succession planning
• Shape thought leadership, IP, and external reputation
