Manager, Data Science and AI

Pfizer is seeking a hands-on Manager, Data Science and AI to join their Global Commercial Analytics team in Mumbai. This role focuses on building and deploying AI solutions, including agentic AI and RAG pipelines, to improve commercial strategy and marketing investments. You will be responsible for the end-to-end technical execution of AI initiatives, from data ingestion to production deployment.

• Build and deploy production-grade AI agents for commercial workflows
• Implement multi-agent orchestration systems using frameworks like LangChain
• Develop end-to-end RAG systems with document ingestion and vector store integration
• Build and maintain data pipelines for AI model inference
• Contribute to MLOps pipelines for model versioning and monitoring
• Write clean, tested, and maintainable Python code
