Data & Business Intelligence Analyst

Texas Capital is seeking a Data & Business Intelligence Analyst to design, develop, and maintain reporting and analytics solutions. You will partner with business leaders to transform complex data into actionable insights that drive performance, optimize operations, and support strategic decision-making across the organization. This role is crucial for enhancing data-driven strategies and improving business outcomes.

• Design, develop, and maintain operational dashboards, scorecards, and management reporting
• Analyze operational, customer, financial, and workforce data to identify trends and opportunities
• Develop interactive dashboards using Power BI and other visualization tools
• Establish and maintain data definitions, business rules, and reporting standards
• Automate manual reporting and recurring analytical processes
• Partner with business leaders to support strategic initiatives and data-driven decision making
