Senior Data Analyst

Guidepoint is seeking a Senior Data Analyst for its Qsight division in New York City. This hybrid role involves owning the full analytics lifecycle, from data ingestion and structuring to analysis and delivering actionable conclusions. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical skills with the ability to communicate complex findings to diverse audiences.

• Lead design and execution of research projects using proprietary and alternative data
• Work with large, complex datasets, cleaning and structuring data
• Design and execute analyses to answer market research questions
• Build and maintain scalable analytical workflows using SQL, Python, and Snowflake
• Develop clear, effective visualizations and outputs
• Communicate complex analytical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
