Data Analyst

ParetoHealth is seeking a Data Analyst to join their Analytics team in Philadelphia. This role focuses on supporting end-to-end analyses, operationalizing and maintaining solutions, and translating complex data into actionable insights. You will work with large healthcare datasets and partner closely with Data Scientists and cross-functional stakeholders.

• Support end-to-end analyses of complex healthcare data
• Partner with Data Scientists and stakeholders to translate business needs into analytical approaches
• Design, test, and refine methodologies for analytical questions
• Build and maintain robust SQL queries and analytical datasets
• Develop and support visualizations and summaries for diverse audiences
• Collaborate with Analytics teammates to align definitions and data quality standards
