Data Scientist, Strategic Performance

The Data Scientist, Strategic Performance will provide advanced analysis and reporting to help System leadership monitor progress toward strategic goals across The Texas A&M University System. You will develop and maintain key performance measures, reporting frameworks, and progress reports that support strategic planning and organizational performance review. This role produces analyses and executive reporting that support informed decision-making by senior leadership and the Board of Regents.

• Develop and manage data submission schedules, performance measures, and reporting calendars
• Create Strategic Plan scorecards and progress reports
• Complete benchmarking analyses tied to Strategic Plan priorities
• Report to the Board and executive leadership regarding overall plan progress
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a quantitative field
• Seven years of experience in strategic planning, performance measurement, or data analytics

• Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
