Toll Equipment Technician I

CAI is seeking a Toll Equipment Technician I to perform field maintenance and support for roadside toll collection equipment. This onsite, full-time contract role involves routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of toll lane components like gates and payment machines. The ideal candidate will have basic mechanical and electrical maintenance skills, troubleshooting abilities, and be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.

• Perform basic field maintenance and support for roadside toll collection equipment
• Conduct routine inspections of toll lane equipment
• Perform preventive maintenance activities
• Troubleshoot toll collection equipment and associated hardware
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions and respond to roadside incidents
• Document maintenance activities in Jira
