Data Scientist - Director - Data & Analytics Engineering

• Develop and evaluate statistical and machine learning models for fraud risk assessment
• Perform end-to-end model development, including data analysis, feature engineering, and technical documentation
• Apply advanced statistical principles to model selection, validation, and performance assessment
• Monitor deployed models, diagnose performance issues, and recommend improvements
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior team members
