Senior Data Analyst, People

Fivetran is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to support its People organization. This role will leverage data to enhance talent acquisition, development, engagement, and retention strategies. You will partner with various departments to translate complex people data into actionable insights that inform organizational decisions and shape team-building efforts.

• Define and own core People metrics across headcount, hiring, retention, and employee experience
• Build scalable analytical products, including datasets, models, and dashboards
• Translate analyses into clear narratives and recommendations for leadership
• Establish best practices for data quality, governance, and privacy in People Analytics
• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations
• Mentor analysts and help develop data fluency across People teams
