About this role
The Obama Foundation seeks a Development Data & Systems Analyst to manage and optimize our Salesforce CRM. You will be the technical lead for our internal ticketing system, resolving data and reporting requests, and supporting frontline fundraisers. This role is crucial for enhancing our donor recognition tracking and reporting pipelines as we expand our Principal Gifts function.
What we are looking for
6- Manage Salesforce ticketing system and resolve data/reporting requests
- Provide technical support and training to frontline fundraisers
- Design and build Salesforce workflows for donor recognition and grant reporting
- Conduct data quality assurance and implement data hygiene initiatives
- Cross-train in gift processing for surge support
- 1-2 years of non-profit CRM experience, Salesforce preferred
