Benefits Analyst, Employee Benefits

HUB International is seeking a Benefits Analyst to support Account Executives and Advisors with quoting, reporting, and strategic analysis for employee benefits. This role involves interpreting client needs, analyzing market data, negotiating with carriers, and managing the RFP process to ensure optimal solutions and client satisfaction.

• Support Account Executives and Advisors with quoting, reporting, and strategic analysis
• Develop and communicate strategy for RFPs, results, and reports
• Interpret client needs and make recommendations on RFP direction
• Analyze markets and products to find the best solutions
• Examine benefits and claims data for RFPs and negotiate with carriers
• Provide training as a subject-matter-expert to Client Services team members
