Oligo Discovery Chemistry Principal Scientist

GSK is seeking a Principal Scientist to establish pre-clinical capabilities in their new oligo synthesis lab. You will focus on producing small molecules, lipids, and linkers for oligonucleotide conjugates, driving discovery chemistry and method development to solve complex chemical challenges.

• Establish pre-clinical oligonucleotide conjugation capabilities
• Perform hands-on synthesis, method development, and SOP drafting
• Serve as the small molecule and lipid SME for the team
• Collaborate with analytical and conjugate chemistry teams
• PhD with 3+ years' experience in chemistry or related fields
• 2+ years of industry experience in modern synthetic chemistry
