Lead a team of data scientists to develop and deploy advanced machine learning solutions that optimize HP's global supply chain and inventory management. You will leverage your expertise in forecasting, optimization, and automation to prevent stock-outs, reduce excess inventory, and maximize returns, directly impacting HP's business operations and customer satisfaction.

- Oversee and mentor a team of 4 Junior Data Scientists
- Design and deploy advanced ML solutions for demand forecasting and inventory optimization
- Collect business requirements and drive data-driven change
- Improve analytical pipelines with new data signals and algorithms
- Contribute to internal data science training and recruiting efforts
- Experience leading and mentoring junior data scientists
