Lead Data Scientist

As a Lead Data Scientist, you will architect and build the AI governance standards, patterns, and tools that enable RBC's enterprise-wide AI transformation. You will play a key role in the AI Architecture Review Board, drive automation for governance insights, and partner with various teams to ensure AI is built responsibly and strategically.

• Create and maintain AI governance artifacts, patterns, and reference architectures
• Build tools and automations for AI architecture governance ('as code')
• Support the AI Architecture Review Board and represent AI architecture perspectives
• Develop AI asset insights and compliance metrics
• Strong grasp of AI technologies (LLMs, agents, RAG) and hands-on coding ability
• Experience designing scalable, secure, and maintainable systems
