ServiceTitan is seeking a Data Quality Analyst to guide customers through successful data migration to our platform. This role involves significant customer interaction to understand and deconstruct their data, ensuring a smooth transition. You will act as a technical expert, collaborating with internal teams to deliver accurate data transfers critical to customer adoption and overall implementation success.
What we are looking for 6
- Work directly with customers to ensure data migration success
- Evaluate and interpret database structures for ServiceTitan's data model
- Write SQL queries to correct, reformat, or move data
- Communicate project status and updates to internal and external stakeholders
- Manage shifting priorities and tight deadlines in a customer-facing role
- Basic proficiency in T-SQL and Excel required
