Senior HR Data Analyst

Jabil is seeking a Senior HR Data Analyst to transform HR data into actionable insights for strategic decision-making. This role involves collecting, analyzing, and reporting on workforce data to optimize performance and HR programs. The position requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in data tools like SQL and Python, and experience with HRIS systems.

• Collect, validate, and maintain HR data from multiple systems
• Develop and manage dashboards and reports on key workforce metrics
• Analyze workforce data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Create data visualizations and presentations for HR leaders
• Partner with HR teams and business leaders to deliver data-driven solutions
• Support workforce planning, talent management, and employee engagement initiatives
