Senior Data Scientist - Optimization, Central Market Management & AI

Lyft is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to join the Central Market Management & AI team. You will build and deploy scalable optimization and modeling systems that impact the company's bottom line. This role involves formulating optimization problems, building ML models, and integrating them into decision-making frameworks.

• Build and deploy production-grade ML and optimization models
• Own the full model lifecycle from problem framing to production deployment
• Apply first-principles mathematical reasoning to marketplace challenges
• Drive large-scale technical projects from concept to execution
• Influence technical roadmaps and advise cross-functional partners
• Partner with Data Scientists, Engineers, and Product Managers
