Data Scientist, Senior Specialist

As a Senior Specialist Data Scientist, you will be a technical leader in developing and deploying advanced AI/ML capabilities for enterprise conversational AI. You will drive the entire AI lifecycle, from research and experimentation to production optimization, focusing on both traditional and agentic AI solutions. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, analytical rigor, and stakeholder collaboration to translate complex business problems into impactful AI solutions.

• Lead AI/ML development for enterprise conversational AI (voice, chat, agentic experiences)
• Drive Data Science across the full AI lifecycle, from problem formulation to production optimization
• Expertise in NLP, Generative AI, LLMs, and agentic AI systems
• Develop and implement rigorous evaluation and production intelligence methods
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and other stakeholders to deliver scalable AI solutions
• Establish technical standards and best practices for AI/ML development and responsible use
