Quince is seeking a Senior Data Scientist, Growth to own machine-driven decision engines and automated bidding infrastructure for global performance marketing. This role involves building end-to-end production models and core software to fuel the company's growth engine, with direct impact on top-line results and executive visibility.

• Own machine-driven decision engines and automated bidding infrastructure
• Build end-to-end production machine learning models
• Design, build, and productionalize autonomous models and data pipelines
• Manage ad platform integrations and bidding automation
• Deep individual contributor tackling optimization and statistical problems
• 2+ years of technical experience, including 1+ year industry experience
