About this role

As a Principal Data Analyst for Walmart's Search team, you will be instrumental in shaping the customer's product discovery journey. You'll partner with cross-functional teams to analyze and optimize the entire search experience, from query understanding to UI/UX, using rigorous analytics and experimentation to drive product strategy and improve customer satisfaction.

What we are looking for

Lead analytics for end-to-end search product experience
Define and evolve search health metrics
Conduct deep-dive analyses and opportunity sizing
Design and interpret experiments (A/B, multivariate, Bayesian)
Partner with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Design
Build scalable analytical frameworks and influence product strategy
