Director Data Scientist

Lead a team of data scientists to advance client strategy through scalable data science, AI, and advanced analytics solutions. Partner with senior leaders to translate complex data and insights into actionable recommendations that improve client outcomes and inform strategic decisions.

• Lead data science professionals and partner with senior business leaders
• Translate complex data, predictive models, and analytic insights into business recommendations
• Develop and implement complex analytical solutions using ML, optimization, and personalization
• Build, lead, and scale a high-performing analytics team
• Ensure adherence to enterprise and industry data, model, and AI governance standards
• Manage data and dataset creation, including feature engineering and validation
