Data Analytics Manager, Senior

Lead the enterprise analytics platform and capabilities, transforming complex data into strategic insights and recommendations. This role partners with cross-functional teams to improve self-service access to product usage insights and ensure consistent interpretation of product performance. You will develop BI solutions that enhance decision-making, operational efficiency, and revenue.

• Serve as a key Product Analytics point of contact for Amplitude platform enablement
• Partner with Product, Personalization and Engineering teams on behavioral data use
• Own customer usage reporting capabilities and expand self-service access
• Translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives for non-technical stakeholders
• Analyze customer behavior and feature adoption to deliver actionable recommendations
• Design, build, and maintain scalable dashboards and reports
