Marketing Science Lead - Austin, TX

Fospha is seeking a Marketing Science Lead to join their Customer Success team in Austin, TX. This role acts as a technical authority, bridging clients, customer teams, data science, and product teams to operationalize advanced modeling into business decisions. You will provide client-facing support, design incrementality tests, and contribute to product feedback.

• Act as technical authority for Enterprise tier clients
• Serve as a conduit between Customers, Customer Teams, Data Science, and Product
• Operationalize advanced modeling into tangible business decisions
• Provide client-facing support and address model trust escalations
• Design first-party incrementality tests and build learning agendas
• Capture and triage field feedback for Product and Data Science teams
