About this role
As a Digital Business Analyst on the CAT Digital team, you will play a key role in enhancing how service option data is managed and delivered for Caterpillar and its dealers. You will collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to define requirements, create user stories, and ensure the successful integration of critical applications into a centralized customer hub.
