Data Analyst II

Abbott is seeking a hybrid Technical Writer & Requirements Analyst to support their Electrophysiology (EP) business. In this role, you will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to refine and deliver high-quality technical documentation and requirement specifications. This position is ideal for someone who can transform complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and audience-friendly documents, while also championing continuous improvement in documentation processes.

• Support development of functional and non-functional requirements
• Facilitate technical review and workshop sessions
• Ensure requirements are well-written, feasible, and testable
• Collaborate with Systems Engineering, Quality/Regulatory, and Software teams
• Champion continuous improvement of requirements and documentation processes
• Experience with requirements tools like DOORS, Codebeamer, or JAMA
