Lead Data Scientist – Autonomous Driving

Avride is seeking a Lead Data Scientist to build and lead the analytics function for their autonomous driving technology. This role involves understanding technology performance, designing and running experiments, and mentoring a team of analysts. You will work hands-on with data, collaborate with engineering teams, and translate complex findings into actionable decisions for stakeholders.

• Lead a focus area in evaluation and experimentation
• Help hire and shape the individual contributor team
• Integrate simulation and on-road evidence
• Design, run, and interpret experiments using statistical methods
• Build and automate analysis pipelines
• 4+ years of analytics experience for complex technology products
